Track Your Order

There are a few ways that you can track your order's progress:

  • Use the chat bubble at the bottom-left. Below the "Instant answers" header, click on "Track my Order".
  • If we have already provided you with a Tracking #, then you may also past that into Bing or Google to see its progress.
  • Otherwise, if you have lost your Tracking # and/or the chat bubble is not showing for you, please e-mail us. We're happy to help!

My delivery has an issue or has not arrived on time. What do I do?

We're probably already looking into it!

Reach out to us using the chat bubble at the bottom-left so that we can let you know what's going on.

When will my order be delivered?

The following delivery timelines are only estimates. If you have more questions, reach out to us using the chat bubble at the bottom-left.

  • Weekends: We do our best to ensure that orders are shipped out as fast as possible, even on weekends!

  • U.S. Holidays: During most Holidays in the United States, we will take the day of to wind down. But, any day before and after that, we're shipping orders.

  • Other Delays: Although we do our absolute best to get all orders out as quickly as we're able to, we understand that sometimes there may be delays. After 3-5 days, if your order has not moved or changed, please reach out to us with your Tracking # and other info.

If your order is stuck or has another issue, please let us know as soon as possible! We're usually available between 5pm and 10pm (UTC) Global Standard Time.
